Dolce Performance wheels are designed for your performance SUVs and Sedans. Each wheel has a load rating ranging from 2500-3700 lbs. Wheels are designed with proprietary step positions to allow for better ride while still looking like the “coolest kid” on the block. Warranty

Dolce Wheels warrants to the first consumer purchaser, that its wheels will
be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal and reasonable use, for
one year from date of purchase.
Dolce Wheels obligation under this Warranty is limited to the repair, or, at Dolce Wheels’s option,
replacement without charge, except for transportation, of any wheel which in Dolce’s opinion
is defective in material or workmanship. Wheel accessories that are defective in material or
workmanship will be repaired by shipping replacement parts to the original selling dealer or
distributor for installation.
This Warranty shall not apply to:
1. Any defect, malfunction or failure caused by damage to wheels in transit, off-highway use
or by abuse, misuse, accident or negligence.
2. Wheels that have been altered, repaired, modified, or used with adapters or spacers.
3. Wheels that have not been installed in accordance with Dolce Wheels  instructions or installed on
incorrect tire sizes or used with excessive vehicle loads.
4. Wheels that have been installed with other than Dolce’s approved accessories, such as lug
nuts and/or valve stems.
5. Wheel corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to chemicals, caustic
cleaning agents, climate conditions, or neglect.
6. Appearance defects in wheels that have been mounted after purchase or have been sold
as blemished product.
7. The fading or discoloring of accessories caused by exposure to caustic elements.
The Dolce Wheels  Warranty is valid only to the original consumer purchaser of a wheel purchased in
the United States and when the wheel is returned to the authorized dealer from whom it was
purchased, freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase. This Warranty does not cover
removal or installation expense.
THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GIVEN WITH RESPECT TO
THE WHEELS AND ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. NEITHER
Dolce Wheels  NOR AN AUTHORIZED Dolce Wheels DEALER WHO SELLS THE WHEELS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW
LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND/OR THE LIMITATION
OR EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES WHICH MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.

Return Policy

The following is a guideline regarding merchandise purchased from Dolce Wheels and is applicable for return scenarios up to 30 days from delivery. After this period, items are only warranted under our Standard Limited Warranty. Please note all returned items will be subjected to a inspection.

Returns
Returns will be accepted within 30 days from delivery. DOLCE Wheels will charge 30% of the total as a restocking fee to cover expenses such as shipping costs credit card transaction fees and labor cost.

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Dolce Wheels will accept returned merchandise within the first 30 days after delivery according to the following conditions:

  • Customer Service must be contacted prior to any return.
  • All original packaging, manuals, documents, etc. must be included with the returned merchandise.
  • The Returned Merchandise must be received in its original packaging and the packaging must be intact and undamaged. Absence of the original package will void the guarantee.
  • Returned Merchandise cannot be damaged or altered in any fashion. Failure on this will void the guarantee and warranty.
  • Returned wheels have not been previously mounted.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance fees. Uninsured items damaged in shipping will void the guarantee.
  • Returned wheels and tires that are functional, undamaged and free of defects may be subjected to a restocking charge of 30% of total. If, upon evaluation, the item is found to have signs of wear, cosmetic blemishes, missing parts or damaged in any manner the cost to recondition the item will be deducted from the refund due.
  • Returned accessories that are functional, undamaged and free of defects may be subjected to a restocking charge of $15.00. If upon evaluation the item is found to have signs of wear, cosmetic blemishes, or damages, the value needed to recondition the product will be deducted from the refund due.
  • The refunded amount will consist of the invoice amount of the item, less the restocking fee if applicable. Original charges for shipping, handling, etc. will not be refunded.

Damaged in Shipping
If the product has been damaged in shipping please prepare proof (such as photographic evidence) and contact Customer Service  immediately.

Damaged by Customer
Unfortunately Dolce Wheels will not accept returns or exchange any product that has been damaged by the customer and the warranty will become void. This includes damage from customer misuse, missing parts or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering.

Product Purchased from Another Vendor
Only products purchased from Dolce Wheels are eligible for returns. Products purchased from other retailers must be returned to that retailer.

Exchanges
In the event the wrong item was shipped, Dolce Wheels will exchange the product for the item identified on the order. The following conditions apply:

  • Customer Service must be contacted prior to any return.
  • Dolce Wheels is responsible for return shipping and insurance fees.
  • All original packaging, manuals, documents, etc. must be included with the returned merchandise.
  • The Returned Merchandise must be received in its original packaging and the packaging must be intact and undamaged. Absence of the original package will void the exchange.
  • Returned Merchandise cannot be damaged or altered in any fashion. Failure on this will void the exchange, guarantee and warranty.
